We just ask for a down payment when you place your order, and the remaining balance can be taken care of before or at delivery. It’s simple, fair, and designed to work for real families.

Quarter Down Payment = $250

Half Down Payment = $350

Whole Down Payment = $500

A Quarter of Beef will yield approximately: (based on the size of the animal)

3-4 NY Strips (2 / package)

5-6 Ribeye Steaks

3 Porterhouse 

3 T-Bone Steaks

2-3 Tenderloin Filets

2-3 Sirloin Steaks

4-6 Chuck Steaks – or make it a Chuck Roast (1-2)

2 Flat Iron Steaks (boneless0

6-7 Short Ribs

1 Rump Roast (3-4 lbs)

1 Arm Roast (3-4 lbs)

½ Brisket

4-6 Shank/Soup Bones

35-40 lbs of Ground Beef (85 to 90% lean)

 If you want more ground beef, no problem — we can have your roasts, flank, or flat iron steaks ground into delicious hamburger. Your overall cost comes out to just $9.95 per pound for premium, pasture-raised meat. For comparison, steaks at your local big box store or your local grocery store often range from $11.99 to $19.99 per pound — and that’s without the local connection or the 21-day dry aging for flavor.

You get to choose the share that works best for your family — ¼, ½, or a whole animal — and know exactly where your food comes from, a local Wisconsin farm.
